While visiting the website of my sleepy little hometown, I happened upon this year's gourd festival. Now I have seen lots of painted gourds, but these are more than just painted! They are artistic masterpieces. Aren't they neat??? It's no wonder that they won ribbons. The pitcher and bowl are unbelievable!
