Thankfulness Continued

It's the day after Thanksgiving, but as I signed on to the blog with intentions of turning the background into Christmas, I decided to keep the harvest colors and special gratitude of Thanksgiving for just awhile longer.  Many are out doing their Black Friday shopping.  Nothing wrong with that, but there's also something very right about not rushing into the flurry of Christmas either.  Let it be until Monday, when, by the way we may see a snow flurry or two that evening in Dixie.

Now, how about celebrating a multitude of already owned blessings with another small piece of pecan pie and a steaming cup of coffee on this very chilly Friday?  Then, to settle in and finish up some crocheting and embroidery for Christmas gifting.  Maybe, a little crafting on a Christmas wreath for the front door to hang later in the weekend.  Just slowly moving into the new season....very slowly....
