Autumn-such boldness
To paint the sidewalk with leaves
Dipped in memories!
Autumn is my favorite season. It brings back memories of cool country evenings with fall festivals and cotton candy. It was a wonderful time when seasons weren't counted, just enjoyed. Time seemed infinite. There is a kind of reverence to fall as it shines light upon sacred time.
It's Haiku My Heart Friday! I cannot recall the last time I shared via Rebecca's weekly gathering of haiku enthusiasts. Haiku is so fun to create. If you would like to read more haiku or share your own, please follow this link. Thanks, Rebecca for kindling the poetic embers!

I love this image of painting the sidewalk with leaves! I will think on this as I walk this morning, looking for masterpieces all along the way... thank you!

This is an awesome haiku. I can see it and feel it,hear the leaves crunching beneath my feet, catch the hint of autumn chill. I love poetry that lets me inside the words. Nice one!
