Haiku My Heart

On Valentine's Eve,
I smile for the vine and rose
That mingled awhile.

It's Haiku My Heart Friday hosted by recuerda mi corazon.  If you enjoy reading haiku or would like to share your own, click here! Thanks, Rebecca, for this special week of  haiku from the heart!

This is a delightful little piece! So deceptively simple, so perfectly profound...

beautiful bower. . . I can imagine sipping a cup of tea and writing in a journal and listening to the birds natter on about their day.

Roses. I guess that's the flower of choice on Valentines Day. I like the thought of the vine mingling with the bloom. Looks like this arbor has plenty to spare.

Peace
