In the Summertime

Though the calendar on the wall has not officially declared that Summer has arrived, the birds and the flowers and the bumblebees say it's here.  Summer brings all my favorite things like flip flops, lemonade, reading on the screen porch, going to farmer's markets, cooking light (if at all), cutting the grass (yep, sometimes I do with my REEL lawnmower), cool ice blue water in the pool (takes a lot of work though), happy squirrels, birds from near and far, ice cream, Southern iced tea, day trips, ......and, and, ....What are your favorite Summer things?
