Jumping Puddles!

"In Just Spring" by e e cummings is one of my favorite poems.
It recaptures jumping puddles and tasting the raindrops as they
fall.  The weatherman promised clear, sunny skies for this entire week.  But, I'm sure that we'll see showers when April comes along!  Over the weekend I saw several pairs of cute rainboots. I really like the Boho flowers on these from Target.  What is Spring bringing to your corner of the world today?  Is is rainboots or flip flops?

in Just-
spring when the world is mud-
luscious the little lame baloonman

whistles far and wee

and eddyandbill come
running from marbles and
piracies and it's
spring

when the world is puddle-wonderful

the queer
old baloonman whistles
far and wee
and bettyandisbel come dancing

from hop-scotch and jump-rope and

it's
spring
and
the
goat-footed

baloonMan whistles
far
and
wee

I just love that poem! And the boots. Too bad it never rains here.
