Vintage Tags!

I recently joined the Somerset Group at Swapbot. I am thrilled to say that I have just put the final touches on this coffee-dyed art tag! It will be making its way to Erica in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I am posting just a "tease" of the tag today. I apologize for the quality of the pic. I have a new scanner and a new camera, and I haven't worked out the quirks of each yet. But, I am blessed, so I won't complain.

In addition to the "center of attraction," the swap also required that we send two additional tags. You can see snippets of the others. It had to be over the top, so I sent four more! That's just how fun this swap turned out to be. I want to be sure that Erica has her package before the big reveal! Now, I don't pretend to be a "Somerset" kind of artist, but it sure is fun trying! I loved this swap, and it was so hard to put the art tag and its "extra goodies" into the envelope for mailing. I hope that Erica LOVES everything. If you like art swaps...or, any kind of swaps...from vintage lace to fabric...to cards...to penpals...Swapbot has it all! You choose your passion and make something pretty for someone to adore!
