A Simple Promise of Spring

With every snowflake that falls,
Every north wind that blows,
One must remember...
Without Winter, there can be no Spring!

Here's to Spring dreams on this Pink Saturday!

Thank you, Beverly, for continuing to be our gracious Pink Saturday hostess! Beverly's blog How Sweet the Sound has an incredible list of incredible pink posts for you to visit. It's a great way to spend a leisurely weekend in your favorite pajamas with hot tea, steaming java, or, my favorite, cocoa! So many beautiful blogs just waiting to share their lovely Pinks!

Hello! Happy Pink! As I look out the window today, I see a lot of gray. Oh well. You are SO right - SPRING will be here soon and all the flowers and blooms will greet us. There are still cozy inside days to enjoy.

Chicagoland area has had one gray day after another. But your poem will remind me to put that smile on my face and that it is alright to still be in my pajamas!

Happy Pink Saturday, Marilyn! Your image is such a pretty and very true sentiment! I'm so ready for the blooms of spring! We've had loads of rain and I'm about ready to build a boat! Hmm are glue stick water resistant? ha!

My pink post is late today; that dang post scheduler! I'll get it right one day ha!

Hope you can still stop by for a vitit!

Have a lovely Pink weekend!

That is a lovely quote. My dad always told me to enjoy each place and each season for it's own virtues. If we didn't have the shorter colder slower days of winter, we wouldn't appreciate the spring nearly as much. As for me I am enjoying winter right now! : ) Happy Belated Pink Sat. I'm really late this week.

Blessings,
Tricia
