Mmm!! Hot Caramel Apple Cider!
Caramel Apple Cider
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cups apple cider
1/2 cup water
Whipped Cream Topping
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Cider Directions:
Combine cream and brown sugar in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the cider and water, and stir.
Raise the heat to medium high.
Heat only until the cider begins to steam, about 4 minutes,
stirring almost continuously.
Prepare the whipped cream.
Whipped Cream Directions:
(Use a chilled bowl and beaters)
Whip the heavy cream and brown sugar together until soft peaks form.
Ladle the Caramel Apple Cream Cider into mugs.
Top with 2 tablespoons of whipped topping.
Enjoy!

Our next door neighbours just given us a LOAD of apples from their tree - This sounds so yummy i will have to try it !!
