Bubble Bath Havens!

When I was a teen, a two hour bubble bath was a Saturday afternoon ritual! Wonder why that luxury faded over the years? Well, that long, relaxing bath time gave way to family life, a busy work schedule, ...and quick showers. Even when a bubble bath got scheduled,it was certainly never two hours. These pretty baths make me want to put that quiet retreat time on the priority list every Saturday once again. I especially like the blue dresser turned vanity. The pendant light above the tub in the top pic would be so convenient for reading while soaking! The simplicity of the tub and laced windows in the "beach bath" are an invitation for a bubble nap!! To die for!!!(Photos from Country Living)

The first photo is so inviting... a small private space to soak. I remember the cast iron claw footed tub we had when I was a kid. It was so big and deep and warm. Wish I had one just like it today! Brought back lots of memories Marilyn. thank you for your thoughtful and wondrous posts!

These are beautiful. I'm a sucker for a clawfoot tub!
Love the tin molding in the top pic.
We have a clawfoot in our shed waiting to do our upstairs bath. It's gonna be a real trip trying to get that monster up the stairs!

Wow, 21 years sure is a lot for a dog. Amazing.
