If you'd like an online "retreat" for free, visit My Inner World. This site is so peaceful. You enter through a garden gate with beautiful music greeting you. The garden has many personal trails to follow by clicking on stepping stones. I rediscovered this site today. There is so much to do there!!! Please...hurry...hurry... You'll enjoy the visit!!
