I am crazy for vintage tins! I have one for my buttons, one for loose change, and one for "found" objects...and several for just eye candy. Here's a new way to show off their charm. These would be so lovely to light the early evening on the waning, winter days. How delightful to warm the screened porch while sipping a bowl of soup!

What a great idea! I absolutely love vintage tins and yours are wonderful! I have one for glass buttons, one for novelty buttons and one for old interesting flower buttons. They so beautifully reflect those fabulous vintage times in which they were designed and decorated! Those times we love so well!
I love them and I have yet to make one but I will!
Sooo nice... I think these tins are very special. Makes me want to screen in our front porch too.

these are beautiful, and a really wonderful way to utilize vintage tins - but, please, remember not to touch them once the flame goes below the top - hot!
